Returns and Refunds

Returns
Should you wish to return an item, you have 14 working days from the date you received it. Please enclose the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it;
Be unused and in its original packaging;
Arrive back to us without damage;
If one or more of the above criteria is not met, we will be unable to process a refund.
Please note, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and this is non- refundable. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage for your records.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund, making the process as transparent as possible. Once approved, your refund will be initiated to your credit/debit card (or your original method of payment) within a few days.
